What is Plot Expansion?

Expansion is the second base track. The trigger is a full plot: a player asked about slots after a Clown hatch and expanded a little, then hit a full base again. One route note says weaker mosquitoes can be benched in a dungeon at the same time. That control was not shown. Update V3 says the base fence area was expanded; whether that replaces this purchase is unknown.
